*If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook.
 *If frozen, place in fridge overnight before heating. Or place outside fridge one hour before heating. Heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required, stirring every minute or so to ensure even heating.
As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan.
